Ibanez RG550-DY

Wie erwartet einfach spitze was Ibanez da wieder aufgelegt hat. Leider fehlt der vergleich zur Originalen RG550 aber soweit ich mich erinnern kann sehr nahe dran.Clean Crunch Lead,alles passt.Kein wunder das dieses Model so lange im Programm ist.Wird auf jeden Fall die Verkaufszahlen anheben.Fazit:Absolut Empfehlenswert.Und Vielseitig im Sound.Edge System absolut Verstimmungsfrei,Pickups wie gewohnt Fett(auch S1 in der mittelposition)Verarbeitung Top,da können sich die großen 2 aus Amerika warm anziehen. The Ibanez RG550‑DY is one of those guitars that just begs to be played fast. The neck is ridiculously smooth, the action can go insanely low without buzzing, and the whole thing feels like it was built for precision. The Desert Yellow finish is loud in the best possible way — it’s a proper 80s shred machine, but still totally usable for modern stuff.

The V7/S1/V8 pickup combo is more versatile than people expect. You get tight rhythm tones, a surprisingly warm neck sound, and that classic Ibanez bite in the bridge. The Edge trem is rock‑solid too — once it’s set up, it stays in tune even with heavy whammy abuse.
