La Mancha Opalo SX

Gute Verarbeitungsqualität, helles, besonderes Erscheinungsbild aufgrund des verwendeten Zargen und Bodenholzes, gute Gewichtsverteilung, angenehme Halsdicke, gute Spielbarkeit links - Klangbeimischungen und leicht verzögerte Ansprache vermutlich wegen der vergleichsweise dicken Hochglanzlackierung – angenehm glockiger „Fichtenklang“, ganz leicht „bedeckt“, trotzdem kräftig und hell im Diskant, aber ohne Neigung zur Schärfe, brillanter Klang im Bass – gute Trennschärfe (Akkorde), gute Balance (Bass/Diskant) – gute Intonationsreinheit in hohen Lagen, gute klangliche Formbarkeit, problemlos laufende Mechanik, glatt ausgearbeitete Saitenführungen im Sattel, gut Stimmbar.
Nach dem Tausch der Werksbesaitung zu Savarez 510ARJP leichtere Ansprache und offenerer Klang, fast nicht mehr „bedeckt“.
Beim Saiten wechsel habe ich die Gitarre innen mit einem Inspektionsspiegel ausgespiegelt. Die Verarbeitung ist innen sehr sauber. Die Beleistung ist mit fünf Leisten fächerförmig ausgeführt und die Querleiste unterhalb des Schalllochs leicht schräg angebracht, sodass die schwingende Fläche der Decke auf der Seite der Bässe größer ist als auf der Seite der Höhen.
Sitzt man als Zuhörer frontal in zwei Metern Entfernung vor der Gitarre, klingt das Instrument insgesamt lauter und im Bass kräftiger.

Die erhaltene Gitarre ist optisch schön. Die Verarbeitung des Griffbretts samt Bundstäbchen und im Griffbereich des Halses scheint einwandfrei zu sein.
Im Korpusbereich und im Korpus-Hals-Übergang verhält es sich anders: -die Bodenhälften und die Ferse sind nicht symmetrisch; -die Decke schwingt auf unharmonische Weise beim anspielen der Diskantseiten.
Deshalb geht diese "B-sondere" Gitarre zurück.

I reall like this guitar. Looks very nice, the wood choice is great, the laminated mahogany is very figured on mine, the headstock same mahogany veneer is also extra nice. The tuners are installed a bit wonky, not every string roller is in perfectly in line and parallel, but it holds the tuning well nevertheless. For some reason it does not bother me at all. Tuners are a step up from the cheap guitars, again, holds tuning fine. Buttons are nice, but the gears can use a little bit of machine oil. Actual bone nut and saddles are nice, no complaints here. Neck is also highly figured, the shape is thin and exceptionally comfortable. A little bit rounder than a really flat and wide D shape, and changes a bit upper the neck, it's surprisingly comfortable, lovely to play. no issues with frets, fretboard, bridge, all nice. Braces seems nicely done inside, nice and thinned out like it should be. Rosette and purflings are all immaculate throughout.
Nice very low and comfortable action, such a joy to play since it's so easy, no fighting with the guitar at all.
Sound wise give it a few days, couple of weeks of intense playing to open up. Since it has a glossy finish throughout it may take some more time than usual to break in, but it will definitely open up, and bass will be more prominent, volume and headroom will improve a lot. It has a very sweet and clear sound, reacts well to playing position, good note separation and you can play with dynamics as well. Again, suprised by the amount of overtones, not just flat and fundamental note heavy, like cheaper instruments. The back and sides are laminates ofc but the back resonates very much, the whole guitar feels alive. Just give it some time with good volume and heavy playing and it will improve. Good sustain and excellent intonation even at the 17-18 fret situation.
My D string was broken upon shipping, but it's the most fragile string anyway, so totally understandable. Just buy a set of strings with it, however thomann generously sent me a new D string. I have normal tension Aquila alabastros on now, but I feel this guitar begs for a little bit more modern, more punchy and higher tension set, so I'll try out a couple ones also carbons and we'll see.

Overall, you get so much guitar for your money, in this price range I think it's very hard to beat. It's not a cannon or pro concert grade instrument by any means, but in this price range it's fantastic what you get. Eye catchingly beautiful, well made, sounds really nice and what is the most important - it plays effortlessly with the low action and great neck shape, without buzzing. Intonation is on point, volume and timbre will improve with playing, the glossy coating could be thinner but it is what it is. Absolutely recommend to give it a try.

Po świetnym pierwszym kontakcie z inną gitarą tej firmy doszedłem do dwóch wniosków. Po pierwsze, gitara klasyczna jest wspaniała i po drugie że chce mieć własną.

Więc kupiłem La Mancha Opalo SX i jestem bardzo zadowolony. Jakość wykonania jest bardzo dobra nie ma do czego się przyczepić. Brzmi tak samo dobrze jak jest wykonana a z czasem będzie tylko lepiej.

W sumie instrument można podsumować jednym słowem "Solidny".

Na pierwszą gitarę lepiej kupić tańszy model tej firmy ale jeżeli ktoś już ma doświadczenie i po prostu chce porządnej gitary klasycznej bez rozbijania skarbonki to według mnie nie ma lepszej opcji.
