Epiphone J-45 EC Studio EB

i purchased 2 guitars. one is perfect with low action and perfect playability
the 2nd on the other hand came with a problematic neck. i tried adjusting it but nothing. i took the guitar to a luthier and told me that the neck has a problem and the only solution was to file the frets from the middle towards the bridge to make room for the strings to vibrate. he told me that if the neck moves again the guitar will be worthless and no one can fix it. so we did the fret filing but a few months later the neck moved again and and now its unplayable and useless.
