Recieved Damaged guitar
I ordered a brand-new Harley Benton SC-450 CB Classic Series but what arrived was completely unacceptable.
The entire fretboard arrived completely covered in dust and felt incredibly rough to the touch, making it obvious that this was not a fresh piece from the warehouse. It looks and feels like a heavily handled showcase/display model from a physical store that multiple people have used. Worst of all, upon playing it today, I noticed a physical dent on the left side of the neck right next to the nut where the strings meet the tuning pegs.
As an international student on a tight budget, spending €139.00 of my savings on my first electric guitar in Europe was a major investment for me. To receive a dirty, damaged item instead of a brand-new instrument is incredibly disheartening and a terrible first experience with this store.
I have already contacted customer service demanding either a brand-new replacement or a full refund. Buyer beware, check your instruments thoroughly upon arrival, as they seem to be shipping out used display items as brand-new.
