I own this trigger system since the very first version when the owner sold them himself on the internet and I never looked back. I play death, black and thrash metal in different bands and as a studio session drummer and I play on a lot of different drum kits and with a lot of (sometimes great and sometimes not so great) sound engineers. I mainly use these triggers with a small electronic setup to independently monitor my kicks and at home with my e-drumset where I only need a practice pad now and have perfectly triggered kicks. This is a genius idea and this third version is even more thought-through concerning cable ways etc. I only wanted to order a spare sensor since I broke one accidentally but ended up buying a set of trigger sets as a backup. I have two single pedals and a double pedal (czarcie kopyto) and all are equipped with these awesome little helpers. They really work great and flawlessly, are easy to set up and you don‘t have to do the endless fiddling with head tension, cross talk bla bla. This is really plug and play and I recommend these to every drummer in need of precise kick monitoring and / or a great solution with e-drumkits. There is NO double triggering, no missed hits, it is sturdy and changes to the pedal settings are absolutely no problem. Last but not least the owner and designer of the trigger system is a very nice guy and it is so awesome to see a small company with a great product make its way. I rarely write reviews on Thomann but after seeing this product here, and after having loved these triggers since the very beginning of the company I had to share the love ;)
Buy a set and forget about trigger setups and actually play :)
Ah yes, changed the sensor for the first time in years and it was actually done in two minutes. Plug (sort of) and play again.
