I recently purchased the Taylor 514ce Urban Ironbark from Thomann, and as always, their service was top-notch. Fast delivery, perfectly packaged—everything went smoothly, just as it always does with them.

Now, onto the guitar itself. It is a beautiful instrument, both visually and sonically. The craftsmanship is stunning, and the sound quality is exceptional. Even though I’m not an advanced player (self-taught for about four years now), I was hesitant about investing this much in a guitar, but it has been absolutely worth it. This is an instrument you’ll have for a lifetime.

It feels wonderful to play, the size is perfect, and it holds its tuning exceptionally well. Every detail is solidly built, and you can feel the quality in every aspect of its construction.

The only minor critique I have is with the pickup’s control knobs. They lack a scale and don’t have a clear midpoint for volume, bass, or mid/high adjustments. However, this is really a small issue and doesn’t affect the overall experience in any significant way.

War nie ein großer Taylorfan bis heute.
Superschnell und sicher verpackt angekommen, natürlich unbeschädigt.
Saitenlage hab ich mittels Halsstab in wenigen Minuten optimiert , der arbeitet exakt und butterweich. Ansonsten gab es absolut nix zu beanstanden.
Die Gitarre ist kein Klangwunder im Vergleich zu meiner baugleichen Martin fehlt da in punkto Bassfundament und Lautstärke einiges aber ich habe genau so eine Gitarre gesucht für mein Akustikprojekt mit den richtigen Effektgeräten ist der Sound am Amp/PA absolut brauchbar.
Optik, Bespielbarkeit und Verarbeitung sind tadellos, den Dound muss man mögen bzw brauchen.
